Side Projects

Throughout my senior year of graphic design I worked on other projects complementary to my exhibit, whether it be refining data visualizations, or poster mockups.

Clock

Sold at the poster show this clock represented loneliness and how it feels like time moves slower.

Posters

These two posters were proposed as themes for our senior exhibit, tasked with representing our class along with the spirit of our social issues.

Problem Identification

cultural stigma

Fear of judgment discourages vulnerability, making people hide emotions and avoid meaningful connection.

physical isolation

Limited face-to-face interaction reduces opportunities for emotional support, community, and belonging.

economic pressure

Financial stress forces people to prioritize survival over relationships, reducing time and energy for connection.

loss of third places

Perhaps the most impactful is the decline of "third places" which are described as the place you go away from home and work, removing casual social interaction weakens community bonds.
